The waitress was nice and wonderful! The food was pretty good. The prices were higher for food than advertised on their website. The beer could've been colder.

Good local sports bar to unwind.
A local’s favorite place.
Burgers are done nicely with excellent flavors. The cream of mushroom soup today was great. Although the chili the other day won’t be my choice next time.
Service was fair.
Note they do add 4.2% to the prices if you pay by cc. It’s waived if cash.

I went to Malarkey's on Thursday May 7 around 6:00 pm I ordered the clam chowder and it seemed to taste good. Friday May 8th I was sick all day long I did not eat any breakfast and threw up from morning till evening. I was uneasy the whole day I threw up 5 times. I strongly feel it was from the clam chowder cause I did not eat anything else so be aware of possible food poisoning.

I came in last Saturday to celebrate my 34th birthday with some friends from high school. I did know my ID was expiring... but everything I read said I would be fine until 1145/12am on my birthday to order a drink. I decided to leave my passport at home. I walked into the bar and the bartender looked at my ID a long time... my husband cracked a joke about me not being 21 and they refused to serve me saying my ID was expired...
I grew up in Issaquah and drank everywhere else that night without issue even pointing out what was going on so that I wouldn't deceive anyone. Every bartender I spoke to told me that I had the right to order until 12...
The bar tender was super rude and clearly on a power trip. I won't be back and I'll be telling my friends in town to avoid this place on their birthdays lol 😂
The food and service has always been underwhelming... the pool tables were really the only reason I was interested but I am still kind of appalled at the way I was treated. Avoid!

This is the second time I've been served unsafe food. This time it was bacteria in my shrimp causing food poisoning... Really disappointed. They messed up the steak both times too, but we didn't want to send it back again, better to eat rare vs well done when asking for medium rare.
If possible I'd like a refund for the shrimp and chips. This really ruined our anniversary. We came here because it's where we first met.

It is really a great place to hang out and enjoyable big bar area and dinning as well along with 2 beautiful pool tables but only 1 unfortunate thing is by the time vibe starts they will be closing at 12 😢 so it will be really good if they can extend till 2 am at least from Thursday till Sunday..

Malarkey’s was absolutely awful when we went on Friday night. We waited 15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink orders, then waited an HOUR for our food.
When the food arrived, the Prime Rib was very overcooked and inedible. Sent back.
It wasn’t especially busy, just a standard Friday night. It’s clear that this restaurant is poorly managed.
We left and went to Five Guys. This was a really terrible experience and we will not be returning.
