The lady on the counter who goes by the name “Erica” was so rude that she messed up the order. I had to reorder my smoothie again, when I went up to her to exchange the sauce that I selected she refused it and said I need to pay extra. She then summoned her colleague and started yelling something in Spanish. I found it very rude and derogatory.

The app is a priority. You can use the touch screen near the door or wait for one of the staff to come to the register. I didn't like the app, it kept crashing. Order at the touch screen is easy enough but longer than the original cashier, about the same time as using drive-through. I prefer to sit when I eat the dining room chairs are too low to ground. There's stools that sit high enough but fixed to the floor because there's no room around the small tables and chairs. Good for children, there's a plastic playground with shoe cubbies. The staff is great and works quickly! Despite the new features slowing down the orders, there's plenty of loyal customers. I go for the steak egg and cheese bagel. Like all fast food, the portions have gotten smaller, just a good way to start the day when looking for convenience.Parking: There are several spots on the right. The left is all handicap or curbside delivery.

Very dirty tables, playground area.The service leaves much to be desired….. I asked to clean the mess under our table the manager but with no result. Found myself a cleaning person, pointed to what needs to be clean and she disappeared…10 minutes passed and still nothing was cleaned.Cmon people, do you really like to have this kind of attitude to your job and like to be in dirt?!Ridiculous……

I'm not sure but I think the hours might be wrong. I went through the drive-thru around 10 and they told me they were closed already. But the server seemed nice after he hopped off the counter he was sitting on and told me they were closed.
I drive well out of my way to go to this location because they have their play place open. The restaurant is usually really clean and I like the fireplace in the center. Gives it a warm feel for a fast food place. The only critique I have it they don't keep a eye on the front desk. If you need help with the kiosk machine you order on they can't help. If you have a question about the app they can't help, and if your paying cash plan to stand at the register for quite some time. Usually I use the app though and have no issues here. Thank you McDonald's for keeping the play place open!
