Visited the Factoria McDonald’s earlier this evening around 10PM. My soul purpose for visiting McDonald’s at that hour was to order some caramel sundaes for myself in my significant other. Unfortunately, I was informed they were out of the caramel and I had driven maybe 15 minutes just for specifically those dessert treats. No worries, I was able to stop by the McDonald’s before they close at 11 PM to get my caramel sundae treats! ;) what McDonald’s...

Traveling East on I-90 and needed a quick bite to eat so went here, ordered from their parking lot, got in line, got my order, on my way. I did stop to eat but you cannot access the parking lot from the drive-thru exit which would have been helpful. All good though and would stop here again. Very fast service which was very much appreciated!

They're usually pretty good and I never like get my food wrong. But the only thing is is I always order a large mocha frappe everyday almost everyday and they seem to can't get it right. They got it right probably a couple times out of every time I go cuz I like chocolate around the cup and they seem to not understand that but that's the only thing that bothers me
