We received a gift to Montalcino so we decided to check it out. And what a find! This place is small and intimate and even though we did not have a reservation, we got there early enough and were warmly accommodated. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. And the service was amazing, the staff was very attentive. You could tell that many of the people that came in were repeat customers (and for good reason). Overall a wonderful dining experience...
Best Italian food in Puget Sound. From the perfected pasta to the complimentary sauces and sides to the out of this world main feature. All is well thought through with more than enough provided so that you can enjoy again later. Montalcino is not a large restaurant that wants to turn the tables quickly. There are limited tables inside which reminds of those you patron in Italy. They want you to enjoy every bite, every plate, every sip and savor the time to relax and rave about...
We had a great dinner at Montalcino. Food was amazing. We both had the short ribs ravioli. It was so delicious. Our server, Luis, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. His service was impeccable. Thank you for everything.
