We walked in to a full restaurant with an escalated customer. Extremely vile! Racist towards staff. They handled the situation beautifully and I commend the people who remained calm. They have more patience than a saint truly. I hope the manager of this location is able to support the employees who were involved in this erratic & disgusting behavior from a customer.
Service is outstanding here. Fast and friendly order takers and cashiers. Gwen the manager is always out there interacting with guests, making sure all team members are doing a great job, and keeping the dining area spotless. I get the food I expect from panda express with a fast and comfortable experience.
#1: The soft drink dispenser was out of order as were the fresh water and ice dispensers. The Cashier was unable to process my $30 Panda Express Digital Gift Card and unwilling to resolve the problem with the card. After paying for my meal with my Mastercard, I was able to confirm online that the balance on my unused Gift Card was the full amount of $30.
