placed an online order for desserts for in store pickup , but the experience was disappointing. The bakery items were left exposed to the air before being packed, and the brownie bites were extremely dry, hard, and cold. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until we were already on the highway. Their customer support is only available through email, which makes it inconvenient to address the issue in the moment.
Huge thanks to Natalie!!! I don't usually go out to eat, but today the wife was craving Panera. Over the phone she walked me through some of the menu items to help make it work! This is the second time here Had amazing experience both times The staff are friendly great and truly amazing I recommended the macaroons top notch Thank you staff for always making us feel like true friends not just an order
