Paseo is an explosion of flavor!! Sabrosísimo! Every dish we tried was flavorful, juicy, tender, and just perfect! The marinate in their meats is rich in latin spices. Their fries are perfectly seasoned. The serving size is the perfect amount... not too much, not too little, just hits the spot. I was passing through on my way back to the Tri Cities and I was lucky to Google “good sandwiches in Issaquah.” The staff was so friendly, everyone was smiling. Everything looked so good it was hard to make a decision, so I asked our server and she recommended a bowl with rice, black beans and some delicious pork shoulder. It's typical Paseo, which is always good. My favorite thing was the Smoking Thigh Sandwich, though most people should probably get the Caribbean Roast (I just don't like Pork as much as Chicken). I'm bait to go again, and am happy that Paseo has a branch as far out as Issaquah.
