We use to love going to the Rolling Log. The last few times we have been there we have ordered 2 beers and 2 shots, the bill is about $30 and I ask to leave the tab open in case we want another drink, we decide not to get another , go back to close our tab and the bill is now $45-$48. When we ask for a receipt the machine all of a sudden is out of paper. Very disappointing
The Rollin Log is a local legend. The building use has a mysterious past and the current iteration as the quissentential dive bar is reputed to be actively haunted. This location draws primarily rural residents from its 20 mile radius, as it is located in Old Town Issaquah. The kitchen is unfortunately not currently operable as of spring and summer 2026. Historically, the kitchen offered a wide variety of food, the omission of which I believe is a big mistake as its unhealthy...
Was recommended after asking about a good dive bar in the area. It hit the nail right on the head. They got liquor, beer, cider and wine. Like any good dive bar, it’s dark and brooding, in a good way.
