I love this Starbucks, they get super busy but stay professional and positive. However, in the fall I always order the caramel apple oat milk macchiato and this Starbucks is constantly forgetting to add the caramel apple drizzle which is what makes this drink so delicious! It was happening so often that I went in and watched them make my drink (I worked at Starbucks a few years ago) and after watching them put a lid on with no drizzle I asked “can I please have a little extra drizzle” this barista had no idea where it was and had to go look around for it which just confirmed there was never and caramel apple drizzle. I’m convinced this Starbucks is just team pumpkin and that’s fine but please make the drinks correctly for the apple lovers out here.

Customer service is non-existent. They are very slow preparing drinks too. I started preparing my two favorite drinks at home and my family loves it. We are saving money!

Inconsistent portion sizes (e.g., ordered two tall-sized beverages and one drink contained significantly less than the other), completely watered down Frappuccino Beverages, and unsatisfactory presentation of overall drink. Very disappointing, especially since I used to order from this location when in town. Would not recommend.

Be careful of what you get!I ordered a venti (20oz) hot latte, they gave me a grande size(16oz) !The cashier (girl ) took the 16oz cup asking the senior staff “ is this venti size?” , the senior staff said “Yes” !It happens many times !!Now I realize why my “venti” cup is smaller than others!

I had a couple of times ordered by mobile but at the time I get to the store I asked every time if they have a mobile ordered for me but they don't even look at me. Not sure if they don't hear me or they just don't care who gets their drinks.That is very disappointed because we are all here for customers service.I hope they'll get a better training on that.

I went in to purchase a pick drink for myself, and when I tried to order the African American lady at the front ignored me and when I said “hello?” She said “im not servin you today another person will be here in a minute” and when I waited she asked me if I was gunna just stand there and I said I was waiting for the other person and she told me they weren’t coming in until 12:00 o clock and when I asked why she told me a minute she said “because that’s a minute for me and I’m not serving you” if I could leave a lower review I would I’m never going to that Safeway again with people like that working there VERY dissatisfied with my experience ?

I've been searching for a quaint little independent coffee spot, and I think this is it! First off, the name "Starbucks" is cool and sets it aside from the bigger coffee conglomerates. The building is partially wooden, so I think it was previously a church or even a train station. I chose the "drive-thru," which I thought was pretty unique as I didn't have to get out of my car! (Plus I love how they change "through" to "thru!" Who thought of that!). The menu is HUGE for such a small, independent place, and there's some kind of intercom system so I could speak to the person brewing my coffee! It's like something from the Jetsons! She was so nice, and asked me, "what can I get started for you?" That indicated that the coffee was fresh, because she was "getting it started!" The lady at the window was lovely, and was even wearing a mask over her nose and mouth, probably because the weather was a bit nippy! Anyway, the coffee was delicious, and I even saved half for the homeless gentleman who lives at the top of the hill between Ted Meyer and Home Depot. That made me feel good. So if you're looking for a quaint little independent coffee place, this "Starbucks" place is wonderful!

In general I love Starbucks, however my experience at this location was ridiculous . I went through the drive through surprisingly there was no one in line , after placing my order I waited over 3o min for my drink and looking through the window staff was all over the place. Will think twice before going there again even if it’s on my way
