Awesome customer service orientated staff members, Speedy service, Baristas are trained well, drinks are always satisfactory and exactly as I order, never burnt and never rushed. The only downside to this franchised name is that it is located within a grocer with minimal seating areas for those who want to stop and smell the roses.. I mean arabica beans, before work and a long day ahead but I dare say if you are a young professional on the go then this is the place to be before...read full review

This Starbucks is absolutely phenomenal! They memorized my order perfectly after two times of ordering here and have always gotten it right since. People here are friendly and fast. So happy this is the Starbucks right next to my job

This is a brand new Starbucks and I was told they were struggling with their service. I did not experience this on this visit. So now we have 4 Starbucks within the Newcastle downtown area. This one is nice however since it has a drive through. However, parking is limited in this area and particularly tight now as there is still construction going on.
