Next level customer service for sure and dont even get me started on the drink quality! Before I’ve always gotten their chai (9/10) but today tried their “Dream” latte and I would have never guessed it was this good— The caramel on top is REAL caramel rather than just artificial stuff and it was the perfect level of sweetness while still tasting the coffee!“

“Story Coffee almost makes Bellevue worth it.

Hunkered shyly among the glittering corporate hellscape of Bellevue, this jewel of a coffee shop is a joyful discovery. Baristas are soft-toned, at once reserved and considerate, and they absolutely smash the coffee drinks.

I’ve been here 3-4 times now while waiting through a family member’s medical appointments. While I invariably stand out like a shambling golem in work pants and tar stains, I’ve never been treated with anything but the utmost courtesy.

More importantly, while the food is good, the coffee is aces: rich, deeply flavored, and not at all bitter. I compare every espresso drink to a cafe breve I remember fondly from a street cafe three blocks from the cathedral at Notre Dame. Story Coffee is one of two coffee shops in my embarrassingly long life that have exceeded that standard. Amateur tip: try the cortado. It will not disappoint.

If you care about the quality in your cup, this cafe — despite any post-modern despair caused by location — should be at the top of your list of places to try.“

Calm and relaxed atmosphere (good for laptop work, reading a book, or meeting up with friends), amazing location (their name is quite literal, there's a very nice river trail right next to them), staff are always kind, and I love that they roast their own beans. I pretty much always buy my coffee from them now. Only thing I'd say is that their metal chairs are a bit uncomfortable and the tables are small haha. But otherwise this has been my go-to cafe for months now.“

It seemed like a great location for kids yet also a great location for anyone who needed some time on their laptops for business or school! “The first time I came to this coffee stand, it was by accident. I don’t normally go to Coffee stands too often, but I was just looking for a decent sugar-free option. The girls hook me up with a great drink a few weeks later I decided to have another coffee, heading to an appointment in Bellevue figured I’d look for this place again. I was grateful to figure out where I had gone again. These girls did their job like professionals as if they all owned the joint it’s raining today. One girl saw the rain coming in all over the inside of my door, and offered paper towel towels without being asked these women are tentative, considerate, and kind. Very a few places have people like this anymore. I will go out of my way to get coffee here, hands down.“

“Caffe Vita smells delightful. I visited as part of a large group. We are a group who helps blind and visually impaired persons to run. Several VIPs were part of our group, and I appreciate that the staff were accommodating in providing a little extra assistance.
The vibe of the shop is vibrant and warm.“

“Sign needs to be updated, the sign on the business is old and outdated. Could be modernized with bright LEDs to attract more customers. The business is hard to see from the street as it looks like a small house. More advertising out front would attract more customers. Otherwise than that the food is bomb and the drinks are out of this world“

“Greta coffee and atmosphere. I picked cartado, it was perfectly made and comes with mineral water. My spouse got latte and banana bread, both are great too. Specifically banana bread was not that sweet, lots of nuts and generous piece.
Baristas were nice and welcoming, indoors atmosphere is cozy. They do have outside seating area that is also good.
One thing to keep in mind: there are couple of car dealerships around, so it can be noisy.“

“Bought a bag of Morning Sun whole beans. Package says it's a darker roast. Darker than what? Water? We tried it three mornings in a row. With no other whole beans in the house, I had to switch to instant coffee. Morning Sun is NOT a dark roast. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.“

There is varied style seating throughout, including tall tables with tall chairs, regular height tables and chairs, as well as soft seating. The only possible drawback is the noise level in this busy, popular place.
If the parking area is full, it is possible easily find it in the nearby neighborhood.“

“It was my first time ever visiting this cutesy little coffee stand before, I came by early this morning, just shy of an hour after open and as soon as I walk in the door, knew this would be a great coffee place. The atmosphere from the building itself is so warm and cozy, but the barista really just helped round it out! I unfortunately never got the lovely ladies name (forgot to ask) who served me this morning but she made a delightful toasted marshmallow chai with 2 espresso shots for me this morning and it was delectable! perfect way to start my morning, my only gripe is that the chai concentrate isn't my favorite but I'm a very picky person when it comes to chai :) 10/10 will go here again when I want a little sweet treat“

“Love love love the drinks here! Only had 1 kind of bad experience out of the 60+ times I’ve been here, but they made the situation right so I don’t count it!
The only thing I wish they could improve on is getting more staff! I know it’s a small building but it gets very busy, and I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me constantly. The line can get really sketchy depending on your place in line, as you can easily be in the middle of a through-lane. I’ve almost been hit a few times, no matter how much I try to squeeze out of the way. Not much space once there are more than 6 cars in the line!
