“What a great little spot! I had a delicious breakfast sandwich -The Smashwich- and my latte was smooth, no bitterness. The baked goods are made on site and there are some surprises. We got a sample of their pickle biscuit. Yes, just as it sounds, a biscuit with dill pickle pieces in it. The combination works!The biscuits are wonderfully spongie, not dry. The Cherry pistachio muffin was so good, not overly sweet, and the flavor profile was perfectly balanced, plenty of cherry pieces to muffin ratio. On top of all that, the staff was very nice and super helpful with all our questions.“

“DELICIOUS. Had the grilled chicken banh mi (delicious) and tried the strawberry matcha cream soda!! Was surprisingly light and refreshing; it was so good i loved it :) (They have a few other specialty drinks too if you want to try something unique !)

No cash, just a windowed storefront but has benches nearby and a water station outside while you wait. If you've never had phin coffee before be aware it is very strong! XD“

“Ive come here a few times and every single time it was such a positive experience! The baristas are so nice and even after not coming for (at least) a month- I was still recognized! Next level customer service for sure and dont even get me started on the drink quality! Before I’ve always gotten their chai (9/10) but today tried their “Dream” latte and I would have never guessed it was this good— The caramel on top is REAL caramel rather than just artificial stuff and it was the perfect level of sweetness while still tasting the coffee!“

“Such a lovely spot for coffee and a bit to eat. The owner and staff working were incredibly friendly and sweet. We felt super taken care of and the cafe has great vibes all around.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to get groceries and had the horchata latte and the churro latte. Both were really good and not too sweet. We loved that the drinks came with a little piece of cake on the lid. We had their breakfast sandwiches on bagels and they were delicious. There was the option to add avocado, tomato, and/or lettuce and we both added all of that. The salsa verde is super good too.

I want to come back to try the tamales and some of the other latte options next time.“

“Great place to sit down have coffee! Coffee is really good quality brew. Staff is very friendly. I tried Iced Latte and Chocolate and Crossaint and loved it both! Place is clean, well maintained, has outdoor seating if you got pets with you.

“Came here before a USCIS appointment up the street. Chicken banh mi was tasty and felt enormous. Coconut slushy coffee was VERY rich and refreshing. Super cute and fairly priced place. It seemed like a great location for kids yet also a great location for anyone who needed some time on their laptops for business or school! Majority of the people were there for school or business on their laptops but didn't seem to notice the extra noise from our kids Because they had such nice background music playing“

“I’ve been away from the area for a couple of years. I wondered in to the Tacoma downtown location today and was entirely blown away by this incredibly designed space. The menu! The employees! Being from Melbourne Australia this place felt like it was my local breakfast hit up but in Seattle

Staff were really friendly and happy to adjust menu for the kids

Limited seating is about the only loss of a small star

-Lots of seating, including a light-filled front room, a nice and shady backroom, and a patio.
-Nice bathroom
-Good tasting coffee (had drip and a cortado)
-$.92 refills on 12-16 ounce drip coffee.

Less Positive:
-Lots of flies, including inside the pastry case.
-Awkward layout in the front room leads to constant traffic jams in the narrow spaces on either side of the coffee bar. The precariousness of these narrow spaces is exacerbated by walls of glass (wine bottles on one side, glassware on the other).
-Only one bathroom can cause long waits.“

“TAB is my go-to bubble tea shop! I love all of the tea and the owner is such a lovely person. The tea flavors are so rich and the variety is amazing. I especially love the Thai green milk tea and Thai fresh lime. The tea is quite sweet, so I usually get 10% sweetness.“

“I loved the ambiance at Cafe Seoul. It was warm, cozy, and relaxing. Their nutella and cream bungeo bbang were SO good - definitely the highlight of my visit. The staff were also super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. 5/5, I would absolutely come back again“
