As a coffee snob, I think a lot of Seattle coffee is not as great as from my hometown San Francisco. I usually go for the dark Italian roasts, but the hipsters (in SF and Seattle ), seem to go for that light to medium roast, like the very overrated Blue Bottle out of SF. Delicious coffee and if you've had enough coffee for the day at home their tea is great too, and then you can do what I do and bring home a bag of coffee beans, delish. Friendly relatable staff and clean quiet atmosphere to either chat with a friend or get some work done. Always pleased when I go here!

The baristas were by far the fastest I’ve seen; I had my coffee in hand by the time I was finished paying. It’s a friendly place too. I went back the next day and they remembered my order, which is far above my expectations for any coffee shop, especially one this busy. The coffee itself is pretty standard Seattle stuff, (caveat: I’m no connoisseur) but the service alone is worth writing a review for.
