Manager's laughing behind and in front of my back "as if" I've never been either 1) manager; nor, 2) employee ever in my life. It "doesn't feel" like there's "any Love" or "respect" for me here; not, that much. No greeting when I walked in, even though I was the only person in there. And then when I left I didn’t get a thank you, have a good day, or even a wave. Sorry to interrupt your very important conversations that you can’t even acknowledge my existence.

I really love the staff at this location but there's one barista with short hair who seems super sensitive and is often rude. I smiled and said hi, and I guess she didn't hear me because she glared and snapped "hello!?!??!?" as if was ignoring her and it greatly offended her. Her drinks are always poorly made, missing components, or both even if it's a non-customized simple order. It feels spiteful and I've seen her having a bad day in general, on many days.
