The raspberry pistachio eclair was the best we have ever had. A light touch of sweet with a delicious and creamy center. Absolutely exceptional! and the Americano was beautifully balanced and rich. This quaint shop is my new go to when in West Seattle!
Amazing new bakery specializing in eclairs and cream puffs - super fresh choux pastry with delicious cream fillings in several flavors! Hazelnut was my favorite and Parry loved the coffee.
