I love Dubsea! I am picky about coffee and this is one of the few places that has both good coffee and good food. Pastries are not made in-house to my knowledge so if you are a stickler for fresh pastries then be warned, however their breakfast sandwiches are creative and always tasty. I actually am shocked I have never reviewed Dubsea! My sincere apologies, to Dubsea and to you all that are now coming to Dubsea because of said review! Said.. not sad I think you get the best picture of Dubsea love by imagining a summer night open mic in the green ridge plaza which is the circular space between dubsea and the boys and girls club.
