Awesome customer service orientated staff members, Speedy service, Baristas are trained well, drinks are always satisfactory and exactly as I order, never burnt and never rushed. The only downside to this franchised name is that it is located within a grocer with minimal seating areas for those who want to stop and smell the roses.. I mean arabica beans, before work and a long day ahead but I dare say if you are a young professional on the go then this is the place to be before your commute.Shoutout to Sundayja(Sp?) who has a great eye for merchandising and a great memory for customer orders and name recognition. She made me a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew one day that was just the bees-knees dude. Not just a Barista but an artist with the way she painted that cinnamon on.

As a former partner, I’d like to share a positive review of the Starbucks drive-through, but after several years of being here in Newcastle it continues to be a colossal disappointment. Not only are the baristas completely incompetent and incapable of making a drink correctly the first time, but the wait for any drink, whether mobile or drive-through, is excessive and is twice or sometimes three times as long as any other Starbucks. They are constantly out of supplies and out of basic ingredients and seem to be poorly managed. Better luck visiting the Starbucks on the other side of Newcastle by the freeway.

This Starbucks is absolutely phenomenal! They memorized my order perfectly after two times of ordering here and have always gotten it right since. People here are friendly and fast. So happy this is the Starbucks right next to my job
