Ive always been impressed with my flawless pickup orders at this location. Today, however, I had an issue with my order. Bridgette was amazing in helping me. So kind!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a mix of experiences. The vibe has shifted and seems stressful, with an older manager barking at employees. Service can be poor, as one barista failed to fulfill a simple 3-item mobile order and gaslit the customer about it. However, standout baristas and a nice manager named Dana provide great experiences. On a positive note, it is an amazing treat to enjoy a PNW fall morning with a yummy Gingerbread Latte. The restaurant is very kid friendly with plenty of seating.
