I had an unpleasant experience at this Starbucks, primarily due to the manager Helen not at all any of the employees. I wold always go here before my classes but I will completely stop after my experience with Helen. I recently interviewed here and, despite some alarming amount of hours needed to work, I was eager for the job after my previous company closed. Not hearing back, I assumed I'd have to wait a week for results. However, when I visited the drive-thru a few days ago, the manager recognized me and chose that moment to inform me I was under consideration, something along the lines of that. While I understand her decision of putting me as “under consideration” because of one of my questions of transferring Starbucks locations processes. Again that was completely on me, and my mistake. I was caught off guard by the way she delivered the news because again, we were at the drive-thru having this conversation. Despite not being visibly upset/crying, she commented, "Please don’t cry," which was both unnecessary and unprofessional feeling like I was treated like a child. Her remark, coupled with the stress of my recent job loss, left me feeling frustrated. After that comment I drove off with my drink and actually began to cry because once someone tell’s you that it get’s into your head.

One Barista took a break during rush and put pressure on the other staff. Americano quality suffered because of this. Great team work.

The older korean lady Helen working here very aggressively told me I couldn’t film the moment I walked in. My phone camera wasn’t even filming and I obviously wouldn’t if they didn’t want me to. Could’ve just asked nicely but the tone it was delivered in totally ruined my day. When my partner was ordering, she told me again very aggressively to point the camera down even tho it was just on the gimbal n turned off.My partner also ordered a bacon sausage egg wrap and it had no sausage in it. The old lady Helen again rudely told him he already ate it. Even though they agreed to replace it, her attitude was absolutely terrible. Please learn to talk nicely to people, nobody wants to visit an establishment and be talked at rudely with such a terrible attitude.

Don't go to this starbucks if have a choice. They dont control drive thru and traffic is blocked. Last 2 times wait was 20 minutes after order. There are staff visiting while 2 people are making massive backlog drinks.

staff are more interested in talking to their friends and cleaning then taking my order.... a tall pike place, the easiest coffee order. Please have more training to be more customer service focused. - thanks for the generic response, some corporate robot wrote it...

I occasionally swing in here for coffee and a sandwich. The people are always incredibly friendly. Store is clean, and the coffee is fine. Not the biggest fan of Starbucks coffee personally, but the service is great, and the quality is what you would expect.One thing to keep in mind at the store, they get a ton of phone in orders, so if you are walking in, you might have a bit of a weight even if there's not many people in the lobby. Nothing against the employees, but I still have to give this place a 1-star for the point of waiting over 20 minutes for overpriced coffee. I walked in and placed my order, and was unlucky to be behind someone with a big order--he was clearly getting coffee for a bunch of his co-workers. It was what it was, kind of annoying, but people should be allowed to place big orders. However, what became aggravating is that the drive-thru orders and mobile pick-ups were getting orders served before the handful of customers who took the time to walk in. The queue should go in sequence of the order number, not how the order was placed. It's wrong that people who ordered 10 minutes after me got their coffee before me.One lesson is to just start using the drive-thru or mobile app. But that just seems wrong to prioritize certain customers. Instead, I'm just not going to this location again, since there's been other instances of complete disorganization here; and, aside from buying Via at the grocery store, I might just start supporting the smaller coffee shops. There are plenty around that actually appreciate your business, and don't play favorites with their customers.

Trying to be nice but this location struggles. Frequently long lines and waits. Mobile orders often not ready, misplaced, or incorrect even with ample time. Compared to other sbux the speed and accuracy of service is slow. Still, everyone is friendly.

Ordered an ice shaken espresso with almond milk this morning. Drank about half of it and noticed it tasted a bit different much darker than it usually is. I threw the rest of it away and I’ve felt horribly sick all day. Haven’t been able to eat anything. I usually get decent drinks and service here but that was not the case today.

We were just in this store and they are clearly too busy to handle orders. They are all friendly, but but my drink was put behind the counter like it was a mobile order and took forever to get someone to grab it. Then I got outside and it didn't have any flavoring in it. This is the second time that has happened. What made it worse was corporate was standing around talking about some marketing. How about you get your store to run smoothly first.
