I got a few food items today and a drink. Everything was warm and perfect. The reason I actually am leaving this review is Brandon was running the drive thru window. He had the best customer service I’ve experienced at a Starbucks - as a former supervisor, that’s saying something. He was so friendly and welcoming for as early in the morning as it was. Thanks for the great experience Brandon!
I’ve never used the drive thru here, I only ever come here to sit inside, enjoy my coffee, and draw. My only complaint is that the sinks for the bathroom are outside the bathroom in the sitting area and the only option to dry your hands is with an automatic air dryer. It’s SO loud!! Just give the people paper towels.
It has been a long time since my usual drink has tasted nice at any Starbucks and it did today (Aug 3 at like 4:45pm just in case the barista working can get a shout out). The shots didn't taste burnt and the drink was overall quite smooth. Not sure if it is skill, or the automatic machine was just cleaned recently or set correctly when others aren't, bur I would return to this location.
