What happened??? Did Managment or ownership change? This location was our go-to Taco Time. We would drive from Redmond and come to this location because of its consistency and pleasant service.

Don’t get me wrong, the employees were still perfectly pleasant, but the service and food fell short this evening.

We walked in at 9pm. We witnessed a customer come up to the cashier to let them they were missing two specific sauces that were ordered...

I’m from Oregon and love love taco time! When I come to WA I love coming eating here because the crisp burritos are SO DELICIOUS. But the guy that helped us at the drive thru window just came off really rude. Like he was not happy to help us at all. Demeanor was way negative. Honestly made me uncomfortable to go back and order an extra burrito but still did because it was so good. Anyways. Guy looked like he had a hurt arm, but really negative energy.

They messed up my drive through order and I wasn't able to come back until 4 hours after. When I came back inside they where super nice and gave me what I actually ordered even though I had eaten the other food.
