We live in the area and had not been to Flat Iron for a while. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the negative reviews. Our experience was excellent. We had good service and the meal and drinks were very good. Our party had the salmon, stuffed halibut and 8 oz filet. Each entree was presented nicely and cooked to perfection. The person who had the filet said it was very tender. We will definitely be going back soon!
Paul was such an amazing bartender! He welcomed me and my boyfriend, chatted us up about the drinks and we ordered specials that he created. We also ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese which was super tasty. Overall, a great time!
Only upsetting thing was that we had never been here before. Love the vibe, whisky list, and the service. Just the perfect amount of attentiveness mixed with allowing for time to talk privately with your party. Will be back.
