Went by today for the first time. Ordered the loc; the server making the bagel said the salmon was frozen they had sold out for today, so I placed another order. The Lady making the bagel said, "oh I am sorry I just wanted to see your head turn. We do have unfrozen salmon." So, I had to cancel the second order and repeat the first order. Meanwhile, the line was growing longer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE‼ This was not only frustrating to me; but to the coworker who took the order.

This Einstein Bagels store is managed and run well. The food is good; especially the Plane Bagels and Plain Schmear. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. The 5-star rating is well deserved.

Real bagels are boiled before baking, Einstein does NOT boil them first so they are not really making bagels, just dough with a hole unlike Proof Bakery on MLK near St Joseph hospital .

Love this place. My first time trying there bagels was on the east coast and ever since I've been trying to find them here in Washington. Currently there is one on Mercer island And on base near Tacoma. I would highly recommend this place.

Place is going downhill. Workers are getting attitudes, today got Nova lox bagel. Barely any cream cheese. Tomatoes over ripe. At least I got extra capers like I asked

Oh my gosh I highly highly recommend this place!!! Their bagels were so fresh. I have never in my life have ate such soft bagels ever! Usually they're hard with no flavor even the ones that claim to have flavor LOL and I don't even like drip coffee but they had a flavored drip coffee and I would have drink it had I not already had my morning tea but I tried some and it was ???
