We went there on 3 Aug at around 1800. Wish the employees had nametags but they probably don't so they can't be called out. They were rude, definitely not quick and one of the sandwiches they gave us was the wrong one. We only realized this after we got to our destination.

I have lunch delivered about once a month to the elementary school that I work at. It is a 5 minute drive from here. So far I have only had a few orders correct.Food delivered to the wrong school, missing items, delivery delays or delivered so early (earlier than my time I selected) my drink is watery.Today (3/29/24) I ordered a sandwich and drink. Got the sandwich, no drink. Called and was told it would be out to me as soon as they had a driver, still waiting. Yes, I have received credits to my account but I only get a 30 minute lunch and set up my deliveries so they arrive right before my lunch starts, so that I have time to eat.Thinking that if I want from here again, I will need to be able to go and pick it up since delivery driver's cannot get this right.

I just tried food here for the first time. The food was pretty good. Its so much healthier compared to the other potions around and near post. I have to give a shoutout for the manager. It looked like she was pregnant but still was moves like a well oiled machine. I think her name was Levy???? She was fast and efficient with how she worked. Cutomer service here would be 4.5/5If youre looking for fresh, healthy, food then get food here.

I ordered from here twice the first time was about three four weeks ago both deliverie orders first time the general manager delivered my order threw the receipt on the ground said wow. Pushes his pedal in his car took a bit for my order to get to me. I open the bag the bbq chips were missing I get inside and call to tell them what the driver did. Then called to let them know the chips were missing then they said we can do store credit or deliver them to me then the lady and I had to talk about how she doesn’t want issues I then described how the guy was the issue along with it all he was at the store talking on how he knew I’d be a problem so forth. The guy delivered the chips after I had to fight for them to deliver them second time I ordered from jimmy John’s I’m ordering a turkey and ham with cheese they say okay. It gets here I tipped the driver this time he was respectful. I get back inside to open the food it was roast beef I’m allergic to roast beef. Calling them they say it’s nothing we can do we have had issues with this number before I’m dumb founded by that response if u have read from this point u see why I’m dumb founded then asking to talk to the manger they send me to the general manager well that’s how I found out the first delivery driver was the general now I’m over here like u should know what u did he said to remind him I said throwing the receipt on the ground then he said I’ll report you to your command for your behavior well I will pull up all of my phone logs with words being spoken from both parties just to show my commander how this was handled poorly. By far the worst child like team I have ever seen I have a sandwich I can not eat when specific words of ham and turkey to the cheese while they said they herd what I wanted over the phone they get a roast beef sandwich. Then hung the phone after I call back they tell me they have voided the meal I will be going to commercial jimmy John’s about this store. Don’t litter trash it’s a fine. Poor service normal service is great and food is great. But this is crazy to me on how they treated the customer saying I’m the problem I chose to post this because yall are very immature unprofessional workers. I’ve met through a phone
