Vegetarian options are sparse on JBLM. However noodle and rice bowl are the saving grace. I love their tofu garlic sauce rice bowl and fried tofu snack.The food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait especially during lunch time however it's worth it for how fresh and delicious the food tastes. Furthermore price is fair due to the portions they serve. They even sell my favorite Japanese bottled tea brand. I recommend noodle and rice bowl to anyone who loves asain food!!

We absolutely love Noodle and Rice House when we order for the clinic. They are timely, delicious and have the best service! In my opinion there is nothing else on base that compares! The beef sushi burrito is by far the best.

Came home to realize I was given the wrong plate. Then was charged twice.. definitely not the experience I was looking for.Correction. After stopping by again they were nice and helped out. Spicy pork belly has always been my favorite since they opened. Still hasn’t changed. Thank you for the great service!

I came here after a long day. Just wanting comfort food. Unfortunately the lady who is in charge of the register ruined my experience here. As soon as I approached, she screams out the window, asking how can she help. I let her know I need a minute, to which she slammed the divider closed. I wait and let her know I'm ready when she appears again. I pay with a credit card and walk a few feet back so other people can order. Well it turns out that I need to sign a receipt. Instead of notifying me when I paid, she had been screaming at me- not words just screams to get my attention. She was pissed that I didn't notice her directing her screams at me, drops the clipboard down HARD. I sign it, hand it back, to which she snatched it and throws it back down on the counter. I get that she's pissed at this point, so I stand away. As I wait for my order, she notices I'm watching (I wanted to see if she'd spit in it or worse), and she angrily blocks my few, turning her back so I can't see her handle my food. Once it's packaged, she just drops it on the counter. Says nothing. Just drops it and slams the window shut. As I leave she notices that I'm looking at the truck for the name of the restaurant and starts screaming at me from within. Definitely will not return. I don't trust good handlers who get this irrationally mad at strangers- especially over...nothing.

I ordered my food at 12:09 and I'm still waiting at 12:44 there are people here that have been waiting for over 40 minutes. This better be amazing or the 1 star review stays.Update- I ordered garlic chicken and this doesn't look or taste like garlic.

I loved my chicken and egg noodle bowl! I wasn’t exactly sure if it would be a soup or a bowl going in but I was fine either way. It was my favorite kind of spicy where it has great flavor while providing some heat (not spicy for spices sake). The food truck was popping so I knew it would be good and it didn’t disappoint.
Favorite food truck to go to for lunch! Sushi burritos are amazing, ramen is delicious, and boba teas are super good! Even worth the wait when they’re busy, quality stays consistent ?

Okay a Definite Yes!! I'm super glad I've decided to try this place out. This food truck is like a hidden food and drink gem. The selection here is really nice. - Located on JBLM right outside the Fort Lewis PX Exchange Food Court The shrimp sushi burrito ordered here was good! Don't get me started on the boba here this place for ordering boba , the boba got me hooked and i'm definitely planning on coming here again. Accepts Cash & Card / if not here it's the zen sushi in lakewood

WAY over priced. The noodles were literally just cooked Angel hair pasta with no seasoning or flavor. Ridiculous

Absolutely LOVE the Thai Bubble tea and many other items. I just can't get enough of the Thai tea for some reason. I order probably once a day when I'm working. I would probably doordash it daily when I'm not working PLEASE consider bringing the custard buns from the Airforce side to the truck on Main. I would also order those daily if they were. They are my favorite! Obviously, I have a problem.
