QDOBA Mexican Eats

The steak bowl I got was actually not bad. I enjoyed the food, but the employees could be more welcoming. The food line wasn’t a mess, but it wasn’t clean neither. I’m bringing this up because it was dead. I believe that if it’s slow, you shouldn’t be tidying up.

The people who worked the night shift have the best service that I have received since being on JBLM for three years. They were so kind and gave the best energy. I enjoyed my food much more.

If you are running low on chicken, don't sell it. It's ridiculous to see you running out only give not even a scoop of protein while waiting for a resupply. I can't believe this happened on post, never come

The food is good! The customer service isn’t so great. Seems like the employees don’t like working there or hate their life that they take it out on you.

There were lots of flys landing on the food. Server had an attitude the whole time I was ordering. I’ll go to chipotle next time.

The food is good but the workers are always hanging out in the back, playing on their phones and for the most part not working. I waited for quite a few minutes while the employees all stayed in the back. If it was not one of the only good places to eat on post I wouldn't come back.

Overpriced food with extremely small portions of protein. The burrito was 95% rice, and even with “double protein,” the meat equated to about 2 tablespoons after she shook most of it off of the spoon. Both employees working were not sure if they added the hot sauce to the chicken, so they shrugged and just went with it (it did not have the sauce). The “guacamole” was just a giant chunk of avocado. Quite disappointing at this location and it should be taken off of the military installation if they’re going to continue conducting business like this. $17 for a rice burrito is infuriating. Chicken is $3 per pound. If you’re a fan of rice burritos, this is your spot!
