The steak bowl I got was actually not bad. I enjoyed the food, but the employees could be more welcoming. The food line wasn’t a mess, but it wasn’t clean neither. I’m bringing this up because it was dead. I believe that if it’s slow, you shouldn’t be tidying up.
The people who worked the night shift have the best service that I have received since being on JBLM for three years. They were so kind and gave the best energy. I enjoyed my food much more.
Overpriced food with extremely small portions of protein. The burrito was 95% rice, and even with “double protein,” the meat equated to about 2 tablespoons after she shook most of it off of the spoon. Both employees working were not sure if they added the hot sauce to the chicken, so they shrugged and just went with it (it did not have the sauce). The “guacamole” was just a giant chunk of avocado. Quite disappointing at this location and it should be taken off of the military...
