It's an okay place to eat if you need a quick bite. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and was disappointed. The food was kinda cold when I received it.

I placed my order with April S. and asked to add two sauces. She told me she couldn't add them and I would need to place a second order. So I placed the order and said, "I would like to add two sauces". When my food was ready, April had already placed two ranch sauces on my tray, which were her choices, not what I wanted or asked for. Before picking my tray up I asked if I can trade them for buffalo sauces and she said, "I can't do that because they're already on the counter outside our area". I told her she chose the sauces and that's not what I wanted but she refused to fix the situation.

Didn't get what we ordered gave us 3 chicken meals which we didn't order and didn't get the chicken club we pd for. Fries cold and soggy chicken strips were barely warm. Don't order the potatoe salad you get maybe 4 bites on the side dish for the price that's ridiculous. Overall not good food. Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately our bad for not checking the bag before leaving

I came in the store to pick up an order as a doordash. When I went to receive the order, I asked where the drink cup was, because I did not see it next to the order. I looked through one of the unsealed portions of the bag, and the cup was on its side in the bag. I got the attention of the concept manager on shift, and as I went to ask why the drink cup was inside the bag, she was extremely rude and standoffish. She roughly dropped another cup next to the bag, and treated me as if I was a 5 year old child. She stated that I had to fill the drink from the fountain. Completely bypassing my question entirely. You would think someone that is in a managerial position would know the basics of customer service, and not treat their customers like trash.

Recently visited Slim Chickens and decided to try their Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal - what a delightful experience! From the first bite, it was clear that they prioritized quality and flavor. The fries on the side were a great addition, being crisp and well-seasoned. Moreover, the meal was served promptly, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall dining experience. It's not just a meal; it's a flavor journey worth taking. Highly recommend to anyone craving a top-notch chicken sandwich!

The sandwiches are very good. You do need to keep an eye on the chicken as the pieces in the sandwich can be very lacking and slim. The bad review comes from the fact that they have gotten progressively stingy on their portions of Mac and Cheese. Their $6+ large has had less than their small at times. I will not buy their Mac-n-Cheese anymore. With Chick-fil-A coming in, now is not the time to be cheap and rip your customers off.

Slim chicken is so delicious especially with the cayenne ranch dressing ?. Also, the place is clean, fast service and good price. On days when I don’t feel like cooking I stop there and get food for my family. My kids love it!

I was excited to try the chicken. I was disappointed to say it wasn't all that. The sandwich was mediocre at best. Fries were old, and cold seasoning might have helped. The Mac and cheese had good flavor, but it turned bad when my son found hair.They did give us a new Mac and offered fresh fries.
