The sandwiches are very good. You do need to keep an eye on the chicken as the pieces in the sandwich can be very lacking and slim. The bad review comes from the fact that they have gotten progressively stingy on their portions of Mac and Cheese. Their $6+ large has had less than their small at times. I will not buy their Mac-n-Cheese anymore. With Chick-fil-A coming in, now is not the time to be cheap and rip your customers off.

I was excited to try the chicken. I was disappointed to say it wasn't all that. The sandwich was mediocre at best. Fries were old, and cold seasoning might have helped. The Mac and cheese had good flavor, but it turned bad when my son found hair.They did give us a new Mac and offered fresh fries.

I ordered online so that I could avoid their very long line. When I get there and tell him my name; he says my order isn't ready... BUT another person gets theirs immediately! So I asked myself "why didn't he check the meals that were already sitting on the counter?" Turns out he was about to give it to somebody else! So once the other woman gets her food automatically I stand there and I asked "are you sure that's not my food sitting right here?" Once again I'm asked for my name AND I showed my email confirmation. I repeat my name and all of a sudden that order sitting there IS MINE AND IS READY. I was so frustrated that a person who works in a fast food environment wouldn't try harder to satisfy the customer and double check. Not only was I told my food wasn't ready but not acknowledged. Was I too black to have ordered that food? Hmm why was I ignored and denied. Wow slim chickens you guys just dissatisfied a family of 4 as customers due to the fact your employees don't care to check and see if a person food is ready. Not only was I denied my food but I DIDNT get my pecan cheesecake, how did I forget my cheesecake? Well I had to be passive aggressive to an aggressive employee who paid 0 attention. I work in a restaurant so I KNOW how fast paced and demanding it can be. But to look a customer in the eyes tell them their order isn't ready when it's clearly right in front of their face AND to forget a $7 item.... It was tasty despite all that i had to go through to pick up my food. I've had it with your employees having attitudes over simple things such as asking questions.

Daryn Had a terrible attitude and tried to blame me for my card not working. I let a couple of other people go through then retried the card and "magically", it worked. He then blamed it on technology when in reality, it was user error. Daryn was not welcoming and did not display a willingness to work there. Someone should probably talk to him about this because this display of customer service is what will make me not return as a customer. There are other options at the food court.

I think she is Mexican, she was not very friendly. I was glared at the whole time I was ordering. I would suggest you hire people who want to be there.

I've come here for lunch a few times. The chicken tenders have been kinda small but there's usually 4 instead of 3 to make up for that. I like the cheesecake jars but they don't always have a lot on hand and sell out quick.

I’ve never seen a more consistently disrespectful person, between his rude tone towards myself, and comments towards other customers, I’m surprised he still works there. Other than him, amazing place.

Never tried Slim Chucken before. This spot was unimpressive. Chicken was extremely dry, frys were not fresh and the tables were mostly dirty. Service was fine. Wouldn't come back again for the food for sure.

waited 12 minutes for to go order for the girl in the back tell me there was no macaroni for my order. I asked what's the time frame since it's already been several minutes and magically there WAS macaroni. Instead of giving people their orders as they paid, they were giving people who ordered smaller portions their orders first and calling out numbers at random.

Food didn't taste bad, pretty fresh as well. But the fries, holy saltiness!! I felt my body swelling up with each bite. I felt so unhealthy after eating the meal. I was super hungry and in a time crunch, and with only 2 places left open in the food court. I thought it was the better choice over a pretzel. Probably will skip next time. Service was decent and fast.
