I work in the Mall and I must say Customer Service is key to all things I can’t tell you how many times I say Thank you Ladies for my coffees and not a single person will acknowledge me. Not one and I have worked here for over a year. If I had a better option I would take it. Just for that.

Asked for a dragon fruit refresher. Forgot to add the dragon fruit, I didn’t have time for it to be remade so they threw them on top. 3 stars because they were really busy and finished my drink around the time they said it would be ready. Don’t go in the morning for 5 stars service . Thank you guys for trying to make it work with limited staff and crazy orders.

My favorite roast is Sumatra. It is rarely brewed so I usually have to request to pour over which is often not available. Folks here jumped right on it. They happily made me Venti day everyday I was at JBLM.

Something is wrong with Wi-fi. Potentially can loose customers from coming and sit in to he lobby.

It can get very busy, especially during what are observations of high peak times (0715-0900) and lunchtime (1115-1300).
Plenty of staff to ensure orders are processed quickly, which is a huge plus!

On a clear day, it's hard to beat the view of this Starbucks. I've never had any issues with any of the drinks I've ordered here.

hip hip hooray! we finally did it! we found the BIGGEST and HUGEST starbucks of all time! i could've sworn i found the most monolithic starbucks ever about 4.7 billion years ago (big amount of time), but this one is absolutely MASSIVE. HUGE DRINKS. HUGE EGG BITES. MASSIVE ICE CUBES IN DRINK. GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY! what a massive experience this was! will definitely be returning to order the bubblydungus flapuccino

Taylor is amazing. I picked up my coffee, then walked around to do some shopping. I'm pretty sure my half-asleep, exhausted-from-studying mom brain left my coffee while I was sniffing some Yankee Candle plug-in scents, but when I went back to look for it, someone had already thrown it away (or maybe I left it somewhere else, who knows?!). I went back to Starbies to see if they could even just make me a tall (I had bought a grande and maybe had about half of it, as I sip slowly), but Taylor made me my exact same drink. Thanks so much, Taylor, for being an Army spouse and for making my day. ?

This place will poison you! They put the wrong milk in my drink! And I'm lactose! I'm right in front of them watching them they act like very unprofessional, they don't know how to do drinks properly, go to outisde base! They don't even pay attention to what they supposed to put correctly..they really are horrible doing drinks things here!

I always use mobile order, and it’s very fast! They do a good job, and everyone is friendly. It’s a very busy spot, and they do a great job.
