hip hip hooray! we finally did it! we found the BIGGEST and HUGEST starbucks of all time! i could've sworn i found the most monolithic starbucks ever about 4.7 billion years ago (big amount of time), but this one is absolutely MASSIVE. HUGE DRINKS. HUGE EGG BITES. MASSIVE ICE CUBES IN DRINK. GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY! what a massive experience this was! will definitely be returning to order the bubblydungus flapuccino

Taylor is amazing. I picked up my coffee, then walked around to do some shopping. I'm pretty sure my half-asleep, exhausted-from-studying mom brain left my coffee while I was sniffing some Yankee Candle plug-in scents, but when I went back to look for it, someone had already thrown it away (or maybe I left it somewhere else, who knows?!). I went back to Starbies to see if they could even just make me a tall (I had bought a grande and maybe had about half of it, as I sip slowly), but Taylor made me my exact same drink. Thanks so much, Taylor, for being an Army spouse and for making my day. ?

This place will poison you! They put the wrong milk in my drink! And I'm lactose! I'm right in front of them watching them they act like very unprofessional, they don't know how to do drinks properly, go to outisde base! They don't even pay attention to what they supposed to put correctly..they really are horrible doing drinks things here!

I work in the area and get coffee here 3-4 times per week. I either use the order ahead app, (when it is working) or go in store. 75% of the time my order is made wrong. One of their signature drinks, too! A Grande MOCHA without whipcream. How hard is that? Yet, 3 out of 4 drinks that get put on the counter is a WHITE Mocha.There is a sticker on the cup clearly stating MOCHA. ? Your baristas need to pay more attention to what they are making. If I have 3 out 4 drinks made wrong, that's about $15 per week.......how many more are going down the drain due to their lack of attention?

This is the worst Starbucks on the planet! I go there at 3:15 on the Sunday to get a coffee, and they're closed! I go there at 4:15 on a Tuesday, and they're closed, even though their hours are until 1800. Almost impossible to get a coffee there. I always end up going to McChord Air Force Base because that branch is always open.
Ordered a venti & got a grand size white mocha. Can barely taste any coffee. I got a warm foamed milk. Also, I can taste the scented lotion used by the person who handed me my drink in my lid that when I asked for a new lid, they just look at me weird as I interrupted their personal story time. Scented lotion should be prohibited while handling food and drinks behind the counter.
