Subway

Ordered two sandwiches from here and I was given the wrong sandwiches only to find out when I got to work.

I tried calling them and a lady over the phone just told me to come pick it up, I told her I’m at the end of my lunch break and asked if I could pick it up later. She kept asking when I’m going to pick it up. I responded again and heart the phone click, and the call ended. I was hung up on.

Just drive off base if you want subway, every time I do business with this particular one, I’m met with rudeness and inaccurate orders.

I’ve been seeing a lot of things about how they are rude, but my experience was overall good, they ask questions and they get the job done! I liked it even though people say “Don’t recommend” honestly they all just got a power trip lol

I had my husband pick me up a sandwich from the subway on base and the one lady working was extremely rude and disrespectful, not to mention got my order completely wrong. I looked at the subway website to make sure I told my husband the exact name of the sandwich to make it easier for him. Well I guess that didn’t help the lady working because I said a “hotshot italiano” and got a sandwich with ZERO meat on it. She didn’t forget to toast just the plain bread with nothing on it though. As my husband was at the register he asked to add cookies to the order and got told by the worker to “be quiet”.
I would recommend any other restaurant in the PX. The ladies working at that subway do not have respect for any of the customers they are serving and will be rude to everyone.

Served me spoiled olives and avocado. Messed up my order more than once. Tried giving this subway 3 chances, super rude. Told me to shut up when wanting to add to my order.

I noticed that the servers don't change their gloves. The one who helped me went to help other customer and she got the customer card with gloves on and give back the receipt with gloves on and went bsck to help me again. I thought she would change her gloves but end up using same gloves! so disgusting! They should have food handling trainings. I spent $17.68 and end up tossing it.

I don't want to be that guy but I came in for a sandwich and soup. They grabbed the footlong patted it down which is fine and added the meat. They added the cheese only directly in the center and the veggies ONLY in the center of the sandwich. When I checked out I used a coupon and my star card at the same time, and they said they don't stack discounts, which they do. In the end, they forgot to include my soup that was to the side in checkout and said it would have to be a separate purchase. I was kinda upset and they just ended up throwing it out. I don't know how to feel right now after this.

They stop serving at 6pm not 7pm.

When we order online our order is never right. My husband and I went to go see what time they opened one Saturday (they used to open at 10) and was just reading the signs when one of the employees was extremely rude to us and with a nasty attitude said "Hey Yo! We don't open until 10:30!!!!" A simple I'm sorry but we don't open until 10:30 would've sufficed. Worst Subway ever. Employees are just awful and the food is just awful. There is nothing fresh or clean about this Subway. Also my husband does doordash every once in awhile and the same lady who was rude to us on Saturday was rude to him on several other occasions.

Sandwich had too much mayo on it and service was very slow for a short line or 3 orders before me. I recommend eating at any other Subway but this one. The reviews are accurate.

If you want a sandwich made by sour workers and that is “toasted” but the meat is cold and bread is soggy then this is the place for you!

Had dirt in my spinach. This place should lose the license to operate on the grounds of being unsanitary.

Worst costumer service ever from all their employees working Thursday afternoon. The lady was rushing so much that couldn't understand us or fulfill our order right! She was rushing so much she didn't even give us time to ask any questions about what sauces they have and all that. Asked her if she had soup she said no more, asked her if she had pizza said it's frozen. Why the rush? I understand that as a fast food place you have to complete the order in a certain amount of time! I understand that because I was also manager at a fast food but she's not even listening to you she's not taking time to understand and fulfill your order correctly

Server was rude and impatient rushed my threw my whole order and got frustrated when I would ask for condiment. very unprofessional and unsanitary I watched the worker grab equipment, machines and her hair and never changed her gloves

Always gets my order right it also has very nice servers and a super fast line
