Alright food, nothing you can't cook at home. Prices were on the higher side, $25 for eggs Benedict and a side of hashbrows.

The 2 gals working there are making customers pay double what the menu says it should cost. I was charged 20 for chicken straps and frys and was only 8.99 in menu. Don't go there.

Super sad to say it this place brings back so many memories the new owners are not quite on par yet they need to get up to date otherwise they're just going to ruin the nostalgic feeling that everybody has with this old Cafe that's been in kalama forever their prices are like super high I mean we're talking it was $17 for biscuits and gravy should not be that expensive but the service was excellent the waitress was wonderful and it was nice and clean but they just don't have the Homestyle Cooking like they used to have with the old owners and this place really gets close to home and I hope that they see my rating and realize that they need to have the Grandma's back in their cooking with those old recipes that used to have seriously and you'll have all my family and me back I'm going to give it another try here next week and I hope like hell they learn from my message and I know I'm not the only one that feels this way

Came in for my first visit. The waitress was a bit dismissive (and got my order partially wrong). The food, a few sides of veggies and potatoes, some ham, coffee and tea ended up being almost $30. I was pretty shocked... this greasy spoon place is expensive!

Great Meal friendly service. Definitely worth getting off the highway for.

Cute spot, friendly service. I found the prices OUT OF CONTROL for what you get; basic breakfasts, nothing special. Burnt toast, soggy hashbrowns, bitter coffee. Seven bucks for a side of sausage? Was it a famous pig? Jeez Louise.

The best hand-pressed burgers and homemade milkshakes!

Breakfast was delicious, service was fast & friendly. All of the ladies there are all smiles. Eggs were cooked perfectly, and the portion sizes are perfect. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure. The place was clean, quaint & cozy. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.Parking is ample and it's easy to find.

Unexpected find after driving by literally 100's of times. Great breakfast and lunch menu but note the NO substitution notice on the menu before asking. Service was good and very friendly. Definitely our new breakfast stop when traveling south on I5 ?

Try the chicken fry. Everything made short order so it's always fresh and hot.
