Went to the drive-through to grab a quick dessert, and found myself waiting in line behind seven other cars in front of me. The service was very slow, but it was worth the wait. Just have to sit back, relax, turn up the radio and enjoy relaxing while waiting.

This location is usually very good. I went there one day when they had lost some employees and were training someone new. My order was delayed 40 minutes. When I informed the manager, the order was prepared immediately. Hopefully, this was just due to a rough day for this location. Other visits have been fine.

My daughter and I went in to the dary queen in kelso wa and the employee's were great. It was so hot in there when 100 outside and then it was also 100 in side no air condition at all. We felt so bad for them. It wasn't fair to them I couldn't believe that they were made to work in that heat.
