Went thru the line there were two lines and got to the window and she didn’t want to take my order so she had me go back thru so I just went to a different Dutch usually it’s a great experience and joyful but they where rude not going back
Prolly the only chain coffee place I will go to never a bad experience. I have seen them in the worst weather with the best attitude when they come out of the shack to take an order only company that I have seen do this and it makes things so fast. Even when it's my first time at a location I feel like a regular. The coffee is ok. The staff is really what makes Dutch. Please develop a peanut butter cup drink!
i came here to pick up some drinks for family i ordered my drinks and for the first time in the 8 years I've been going here i was told that they don't do the 1/2 sweet mocha.
So either the person who took my order doesn't know the menu or told me a lie because they didn't have the item in stock
