To preface, I always go really late at night and I always have a mobile order. Service is really fast, and unlike the other locations in Longview, they've never messed up my order here. I drive across town just to go to this location, instead of either of the other two.

My food was cold by the time I got home & I only live up the hill from this store. My husband and I waited inside the store for over 35 min for our food after we did the order on the kiosk & paid with my debit card. No one gave us our drink cups to fill while we waited & all I got asked was if I was there to pick up a door dash order or if I needed to pay then the girl walked away.

These people ant cut a quesadilla. It has gotten progressively worse everytime I come to get food from this location, and today, today was the worst. They are nice people though, just need to learn how to slice properly.
