We had lunch at Cedar & Elm a few months ago and had a great experience. But Christmas lunch today was a major disappointment. The website said “choose from either our five-course tasting menu or our regular menu”. We arrived for our 1:30 reservation, were seated late and then told only the brunch menu was available. :(

I'm giving it a big HELL NO!
I've had the worst experience EVER ordering a take out meal from your restaurant. I paid $23 for fried chicken and all I got was 2 tiny pieces of burned chicken and 1 piece of Belgian waffle drenched in thick syrup. By the looks of what I got in the box it looks like I was given someone else's left over. I wanted to treat myself for something nice since it was Easter.
