Cute coffee shop. Great for a place to either sit and work or meet up with a group. Good coffee and pastries.

Large open space to work/socialize, warm in November, and the most important part of all… great cappuccino! Thanks for being around cool spot Diva!

The delightful staff is just as much of a pick-me-up as the caffeine!

Truly disappointing to walk into a service industry and not be acknowledged, especially when there are three young gals chit chatting away. From their tone and body language didn't sound like work related conversation. It's not like they didn't notice, they looked our way....
also not very friendly or engaged when we were asking questions about the menu.
My friend ordered their ice princess.... she was fairly disappointed, nothing special. Said she could make a better version at home; she use to work in the beverage industry.
I ordered the orange blossom latte, with sugar free vanilla syrup. It wasn't bad, actually it smelled really nice and in the bottom there was an orange rind ring, which I though was a nice touch. Felt like they didn't steam/froth the milk enough to make it that delicious creamy steamed velvet texture.
interior was amazing. bright, beautiful and bold. loved the tall ceiling, but after the lack of service we received didn't really feel like enjoying our drinks there.

Great people there. It is a place for hanging out, chatting, or collaborating. Comfortable environment has good spaces to hang out alone or good tables for groups.
Reaffirming review for 5 points.

Diva Espresso is located inside The Hangar pavilion in Kenmore. Outside there’s a water fountain feature and plenty of seating areas, which is lovely on a sunny day. Inside the building, there’s a variety of tables and seating areas - most with an outlet plug accessible. The cafe itself has a designated seating area for patrons and there is free wi-fi. You’ll often see people working or having meetings here.
The cafe offers some simple fare: breakfast sandwiches, salads, wraps, pastries, etc. There’s a small freezer near the counter with Maggie Moo’s ice cream in single serve containers. Diva offer’s tea, specialty coffee drinks, and a rotating seasonal drink menu too. They have their own roasted coffee beans for sale, as well as branded coffee mugs and thermoses.
This is a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee if you’re in the area.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a barista who was extremely rude. She had lots of tattoos on her upper arms, tied her brown-black hair with a hairpin. I'm not sure if her behavior was due to me being an Asian woman with a baby and limited English fluency, but regardless, her conduct was unacceptable.
When I asked if they had croissants, as I had enjoyed them a few days ago, she curtly responded, "Do you see croissants? If you don’t see them, then we don’t have them." I was upset but tried to stay polite because I was with my baby. Despite this, she turned her back on me and ignored me while I was speaking, which was very frustrating.
After I placed my order, she was friendly to the customers behind me. While I don’t want to assume her behavior was discriminatory, it was glaringly unprofessional. I plan to report this incident to her supervisor and consider making it public.

Service was really bad and unfriendly. Drinks tasted really watered down and without flavor. We ended up throwing them both away right after the photo.

The Diva Espresso in Kenmore has everything: the great coffee they're known for, tasty baked goods, pre-made sandwiches and breakfast burritos, friendly and efficient service, and a beautiful location with walls of windows and a 2-story high ceiling.
Kid-friendliness: The interior of the coffee shop is like most. It faces out on a large protected square with an in-ground fountain and oversize steps kids love to play on.
Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is on the street level and wheelchair accessible from the entrance facing the street.
