Do not confuse old and dumpy with dirty.
Shame on everyone who said that this is dirty. It is a clean, dumpy, and old dining area.
And there is a proper urn of brewed tea to enjoy with your meal for free. The tea is fragrant and wonderful and a necessary part of an Asian meal, at least here where I am in America.

I was pleasantly surprised. Nice retro kind of spot. Relatively clean inside. Legit grill. One guy working. Large portion. Salad actually had flavor.
