Not sure why but this location is drive through only. Lobby is closed. It's been this way for a while now

Do not come here. Terrible service and the company has refused to follow up with me about my complaint. Rosa the manager berated me for not wanting to pull into the busy highway traffic so she could fix her times (I was the only one in line) while on the phone with her manager and still nothing was done. I have witnessed her belittling one of their employees who told me he has autism as well (he made a small mistake that I explained was fine as I used to work in fast food and understand). This business is a joke. Will never go back to a Jack in the Box after this.

This is a Jack in the box. It's a classic, fast food restaurant experience. They give you exactly what you would expect to receive from a jack in the box. The only time I am ever shocked at this Jack in the box is when I see the bill for my food. Despite the fact that I KNOW the cost of fast food has gone up a ridiculous amount, I am still consistently shocked to see that it has gone up a ridiculous amount.
The servers are nice too. Ive never had a problem with them. The food has never given me food poisoning.
This is just a regular ol jack in the box.

It took 5 minutes in the drive through for premade coffee and NO food.

They also serve tacos.
French fries were not fresh. Burnt almost, and stiff from the first frie bit into. Burger and drink were good though.
08/21/24 Update. After receiving an invitation for another chance at better quality, I stopped in after work. Much better fries being hotter, fresher, and bulky.

Service was unbelievably slow, people were leaving the lobby because no one was helping them. After standing in line for 20 minutes to finally order we eventually got our food which was too hard to eat, once again went to the counter and waited even longer to talk to someone. The music was blaring,aswell as the overpowering smell coming from the bathroom. Total disappointment especially for nearly 40 dollars for 2 people. You should all be fired
