This location honestly sucks. They’re never open when they are, even in the middle of the day. Not worth making the trip to

I placed an order with Jimmy John’s for a box of sandwiches for my son’s birthday party. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told the order was for the wrong day—which I never selected. They claimed they had called me, but I never received a single call, voicemail, or text. The manager flat-out refused to make the sandwiches or help fix the mistake, telling me they “didn’t have time.”

Mind you, this was for my child’s birthday party—and we were left without food for our guests. My husband ended up going back down there a half hour later, desperate to get something together for our son’s special day, and somehow they were able to make the sandwiches for him—but made him repay for the entire order.

I later called to get a refund on the original box sandwiches we never received, and they refused. I even spoke with the district manager Matt at the Kenmore location who brushed it off as “your word versus the manager’s.” Seriously? After spending hundreds of dollars at this location over the years, this is how you treat loyal customers?

Never again. Not only was your team rude and unhelpful, but the lack of accountability was unbelievable. Jimmy John’s lost a customer for life. Below I attached pictures that I am signed up for text message alerts that I never received and my two charged transactions for sandwiches we didn’t get. I tried everything with them and they wouldn’t budge.

One of the slowest Jimmy John’s. Over multiple years, crews, etc., this location just takes a lot of time. If you have someplace to be, just factor in it’s going to take 5, 7, or even 10 minutes to get your sandwich, even with a completely empty store. You know what you’re going to get taste wise, it’s pretty good, but you just better have enough wiggle room in your schedule.

I love Jimmy John’s but this location has way too many mess ups for me to count. I always order my sandwich with no tomatoes. 9/10, I get a sandwich where I can completely tell they put tomatoes on it, then took them off realizing the order said no tomatoes. Either that, or they are just really that messy behind the counter, getting tomato over all other ingredients. Whenever we come to pick up our order, it’s usually two teenage boys laughing with each other, ignoring us, making it a long wait for an order I placed well in advance.
One positive - there is one African American gentleman here that is WONDERFUL, he is so so kind, and truly the only reason I choose to ever come back here. If it weren’t for him, they’d likely lose a lot of good business I’m sure.

Three staff one customer… Staff completely checked out mumbling to themselves, didn’t make eye contact. It was weird lol

I travel a lot and post reviews of restaurants across the USA. I rarely do a sandwich shop, let alone in my hometown.

We ordered on a rainy Wednesday night using their easy mobile order website. We actually placed the order from the McDonald's parking lot as McDs app was down again and I ain't going back.

I arrived quickly and the team was still making our two sandwiches.

I looked around and found the location to be very clean, everywhere. Windows, door mats, tables, tile, kitchen, beverage machine... impressive. I was the only customer there and talked with Brandon. He told me my order wasn't done yet but gave me my drink cup.

I remarked how clean the store was and chatted with team - they couldn't be a nicer crew. Kudos to the owner, a great team of Brandon, Jay, and Emily.

We had a Little John #4 and a Billy Club. They added chips as a welcome as a new customer for no cost. Fresh soft bread, cold fresh ingredients all wrapped perfectly. I planned to eat half of my sandwich... I ended up eating the whole thing. YUM!

I'm impressed with the location, the team, the prices were good value for these high quality sandwiches - what a nice surprise. This is my go-to sandwich place from now on!

5 out of 5, GREAT!

Just ordered a sandwich right when they were pulling fresh baked baguettes from the oven. The bread was still warm when they prepared my sandwich. The flavor was indescribable. So fresh and toasty. I wish I were always this lucky…

Very nice friendly staff. Very patient as we tried to decide what to order for 6 people at a lunch off site.
