Intentionally ripped me off and did it so willingly. The manager couldn’t fulfill my whole order on March 30, 2024. She called and informed me that I’d get a partial refund of $27.50, which she blatantly lied!! Corporate policy states they’re not allowed to issue partial refunds! Big surprise, I never received my partial refund as promised. I had to go as far as calling corporate to get some sort of answer. Even corporate was baffled I was promised a partial refund as well! I still never got a partial refund, the owner refused to issue it! I had to settle on a $45 gift card. The manger that works there is hella shady and rude! She did this fully knowing Corporate’s policy to straight up jack me! This business is not to be trusted, bad owners and the worst manager/management ever! At pick up I pulled a “Karen” on them and demanded some sort of receipt or something stating I’d get a refund. The employee working there reprinted my receipt and wrote “partial refund awaiting” fully knowing that wouldn’t happen either! I had a feeling they were trying to rip me off by refusing a new receipt with my new total. This whole encounter could have been avoid if they did the right thing and just given my $27.50 back…

Cubano says dijon but comes with yellow mustard. Apparentlly Jimmy Johns does not have dijon any more but the signage does not reflect it. Yellow mustard is disgusting and is not a substitute for dijon.

Not sure why the reviews are so low, but I've never had anything but a positive experience with this location. I typically order online and I'm always amazed how fast they deliver. The food is great and my order is always correct. Some delivery services have issues finding my apartment but the delivery drivers here never have. They're very nice, too!

Love this location!! I’ve been ordering subs from here for quite a while & I’m always so impressed & happy. Ordered yesterday and it came so fast- just very impressed with the service I’ve gotten here, delivery time, and how amazing the sandwiches are. Thank you guys so much you all are awesome & very much appreciated in Kenmore!! Highly recommend

Went through drive-thru. Ordered a #2 sandwich with cheese, tomato and onions, cut in half.I got a #2 sandwich with the beef, cheese, three small slices of tomatoes and some onions. Nothing else! No Mayo, oil, mustard, lettuce, etc. in other words, nothing that normally comes on the sandwich. Nor was it cut in half. Ticket says no Mayo, no lettuce even though I never mentioned those two items. Sandwich was not worth the $9.45 I paid!

If I could give it zero stars I would complete idiots. Ordered food on the way home from Bothell store got all the way to Gold bar and they screwed up a vegetarian sandwich and put meat on it. Give them my phone number and name for a free sandwich just came out of the store they have no record of it will not honor it. The girl working the register typically is more interested in being on her phone than actually taking correct orders never Ever

Terrible - I ordered a sub from this location and half the contents were on the outside of the sandwich, smeared inside the wrapping paper, and the other half in the sandwich was all lettuce. I really don’t like to give bad reviews, I’ve only given a couple bad reviews in my life, but this is truly terrible. Jimmy John’s app is so bad too. They give you a free bag of chips after ten sandwiches and if you add something to your order and want to remove it, the only way to do so is start the order over. It’s been that way for over a year, they know it’s a hassle to restart the order. If you want Jimmy John’s, skip this place and drive to a different one. Trust me, I’ve ordered over 20 subs from this place, it’s not worth it.
