The people here are great, and the food was fine. The interior of this restaurant is so depressing it made my girlfriend cry on her birthday. They seriously need to do a remodel, it's like a decaying diner in there.

I usually enjoy, this time my onion rings for $6 were completely undercooked and breading not even sticking, it was a to go order so didn't realize until got home.

Today is my first disappointment at this location, but I've got to say something. I'd give a two but for the cashier who was wonderful. The burger was a mess. It was made upside down. So all the liquid from the tomato, the lettuce, and the burger had saturated the bottom bun, which had been flattened almost paper thin. And there was waaay too much lettuce. Maybe it would have been fine if the burger were built properly. The whole thing was a sloppy mess by the time I got home, and a miserable experience to handle. Delicious yes. But also a real mess. Fries were completely void of salt. So even the ride home was disappointing. The boysenberry shake rocked the house. See photos for the mess of a burger. Remember kids, when building any sandwich, always put the heaviest things on the BOTTOM.

Couldn't order, the employ said, "We're too overwhelmed, we can't take your order." There were only 6 people in line and 3 groups sitting down. It's a FAST food restaurant. Please fire the employees working at 5:30 PM, 2/2/2024

I ordered two burgers and garlic fries... Order was done on time but they gave me regular fries instead of garlic fries so I went in to get the order switched. Instead, the kid at the front counter decided to scoop chopped garlic and throw it on the cold fries. I had kids in the car crying so I didn't want to spend explaining how food and customer service works and just left.I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years but that ends today.For brevity here's how the conversation went:Me: hey, you guys gave me regular fries... I ordered how I wanted my burger made eye contact and thought my order was heard when I got it nothing I asked for was added which was 2 things and was told I would get my drinks but didn't get them til after other customers got

It was a little slow to place the order but the food came out hot and fresh and the milkshakes were great. I was very pleased with how good the mushroom burger and fish burger were. Sweet potato frys were a little overcooked and garlic Fry's were not as good as at the stadium but I would order again.
