We ordered delivery from this Pagliacci's every Saturday night. They have always been so friendly and so prompt and the food has always been hot and good. I highly recommend this Pagliacci

Ok this is a hard one, but if we speak specifically about Kenmore location this is my rating. I have eaten Pagliacci pizza in the 90’s when I moved from Germany to Seattle. We had plenty good Italian pizza here Germany. The only pizza that got close to it was Pagliacci. We used to get our Pizza from a different location and it was always perfect and delicious. I even got to know the original owner. She was a delight. Once we moved to Bothell, Kenmore was the next location. Initially it was good but after a year it went sour very quickly, pizza undercooked almost raw dough. Over baked place crust, wrong order, wait much longer as promised at one time over 2 hours. They tried to make up for it by giving you free pizza. Very frustrating and disappointing especially after we spend thousand and thousand of dollars over 30 yrs. BUT when the pizza is perfectly baked there is no better pizza but Pagliacci. If I ever should come back to visit I will get my pizza there!

The first thing I want to say about the pizzas at Pagliacci’s is they are Delicious!! We have ordered pizzas and bread sticks several times in the past few weeks and we are totally in love with everything we have tried. We had the crushed tomato’s as our base sauce this is absolutely scrumptious. All the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. The pizzas are bake to perfection. The crust is perfect and holds up well with all the toppings and cheese. We highly recommend Pagliacci Pizza (Shoreline) to anyone who wants to eat a truly tasty pizza. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice location, and somehow no wait. It felt like not many seats yet there was never anyone waiting around. I just got the pizza slices, which were better than most places. A full pizza fresh out of the oven would probably be closer to 5 stars.
