Good atmosphere and my daughter's pho looked like it was delicious. That being said, my 'vegetarian' fried rice was drenched in fish sauce, and it was in the vegetarian section of the menu. Which was a bummer, because it looked great! So I'm gently docking them a few stars. Smothering something in fish makes it no longer vegetarian, guys.
If you're not vegetarian or vegan you'll love this place, but if you are I'd stay away.

The pho is good, usually just needs a wee bit more salt. I was craving bun Bo hue so I ordered it tis time. The bun bo hue broth was good but wasn’t a traditional bun Bo hue - the meats were the same as their pho meats and the garnishes and herbs were the same as pho and the broth didn’t have the saté chili oil with lemongrass. I’ve haven’t tried their other Vietnamese dishes but pretty solid overall.

Finally stopped in after driving past many times. Sad I waited so long. Food was fresh and well seasoned, not overly sweet. One of the best Vietnamese Iced Coffee I've had, with the perfect balance of coffee to condensed milk. And the view!!! Who doesn't want to gaze out over Lake Ballinger while you slurp noodles? There are $$$$ places that would kill for that view.

I love pho and Banh mi sandwiches. This places makes decent sandwiches and nice Pho. Service has been always great and fast. Price is good for being in the suburbs, if I am ready for a bite I will go there!

Very good food. Just a hint of char on the grilled pork would have made it 5 star. Rest of the flavor was on point, but the meat was just a little too soft and wet for the bahn mi and the vermicelli bowl. Lots of veggies and perfectly balanced ingredients on the vermicelli bowl otherwise, though. Fried chicken was perfect. Nice, light flavor marinade with good crisp.
Overall good portions for price.
4.7 star for me across everything I got.
I will say I was not able to try the pho like I originally wanted because they use MSG in the broth.

Fairly priced, the taste of the pho broth was good but nothing spectacular. Was also packaged well for takeout. I look forward to trying a bahn mi next nime.

This is easily our new favorite place near our house. The food is fresh and delicious!! We shared a spring roll appetizer that was so very good!! We both had vermicelli bowls. Mine had chicken and egg rolls. My partner had just the egg roll vermicelli bowl. We both really really enjoyed our food. The views of the lake are amazing. We will be eating here often I'm sure.

The food at this place is amazing, and the service is very quick. Their Banh-Mi sandwich is juicy and coffee is amazing.
The location has great views of the Kenmore harbor and Lake Washington, and you can watch planes taking off and landing into the lake.
The only negative is getting out of the parking lot, as this is right next to the highway.
