I ordered vegetarian pho takeout last Saturday and immediately developed food-borne illness. I’ve had severe symptoms for four days and had to miss two days of work as I’ve been bed-ridden. I called the owner and he said the cook was probably very busy and presumably didn’t have time to wash their hands after defecating. I will never eat here again.
I want to love this place, and have tried to many times. I typically don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to this time around.
First, I acknowledge they were busy. Line, people waiting on food, and the phone rang about every three minutes with online orders and there was one seriously inexperienced server/cashier running the place.
However, my husband and I ordered and he asked for bubble tea- and she said I’m too busy and I don’t have time to do that. LOL. I can think of a handful of other ways that could have been handled.
Second, she was wearing a pair of gloves that I never saw her change. She was using the phone, ringing orders on the tablet, running food orders, and clearing tables and dirty dishes-yes, you guessed it with the same gloves. GROSS!!!
Again, I’ve tried to love this place but they always break my heart.

Perfect spot for a warm bowl of Pho on a cold night. Even with crazy orders coming in via take out, the staff is hustling to serve great soup in a timely manner. The Sodium is well under control in this pho, outweighed by an indescribable sweetness in a rich broth.

It's Kenmore's local pho joint. Their pho is good, but I prefer the bun bo hue. Been going here regularly since they opened a few years ago. There's some variability in the food from visit to visit, but it's always delicious. Certainly not a fancy restaurant, but prices are reasonable and the food is good.

This little pho shop off the sometimes busy highway of 522, is amazing. I had the chicken pho with green tea. The broth flavor was rich but soothing, and the chicken meat wasn't dry. The noodles and toppings are generous portions. The tea is soothing and has good flavor as well. They utensils for anyone, your choice, and free water available.
The atmosphere is gentle and calming, and the staff are attentive. Parking is free but not a giant amount. The seating area inside is spacious and has a view of the sea planes nearby. Pricing was more than fair for what we got.

OMG — what an incredible hole-in-the-wall! This pho spot is outstanding. My husband and I just moved up here and were craving pho, so we decided to give this place a try. We got pho, a banh mi, and some fresh rolls — all 10/10! Everything tasted super fresh (nothing premade) and packed with flavor, plus the prices are great.
We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, delicious pho — and as a bonus, there’s an unexpected but gorgeous view of Lake Washington while you eat!

Good pho and other food items. Bare minimum restaurant. Only complaint: never has napkins. They use tissue paper (Kleenex) at the tables which are fairly worthless for eating.
Service was great and the food was phenomenal. We ordered like $60 worth of food and we ate it all in one sitting. The pho is amazing!!!! Everything else we ate was great too. Pork fried rice, pork, skewers, potstickers, spring rolls. All of it! I’m gonna go back and get sandwiches next…..

Wanted Pho and on a whim decided to try since it is local, and what a treat! Loved the atmosphere, clean, tidy, gorgeous view. Pho and appetizers were delicious and fresh. The broth on the Pho is so good and egg rolls were crispy and deliciius. And service was so friendly! A huge bonus actually! Talkative, helpful with the menu and fast.

Don’t recommend take out from here. The food was great, but they clearly prioritize those eating in the restaurant. We went to get a to go order of pho, people that ordered after were served and had finished their food before we got our to go order.

The vegetarian pho and vermicelli bowl are vegan, and the banh mi can be made without mayo. They’re generous with the toppings! The broth is plan but flavors up with the toppings. Very good food and nice view of the water. $14 for a big bowl of pho.
