Always check your receipts! I've been double charged on a few occasions but didn't notice until I got home. Always check your groceries for pick up! I didn't receive about $30 worth of the goods I ordered and my refund request was denied.

Tried to exchange some bad turkey and they wouldn't accept it. Admittedly, I did not have a receipt and that's their "policy", but I had the card I purchased it with, and as everyone knows, someone somewhere has the ability to look it up. I shop there almost exclusively and the people there all know me. If I wanted to steal turkey, I could do so far more easily than trying to do it as an exchange. Thanks for treating me like a thief and a liar.

I recently moved here from Tacoma, and Safeway has always been where I shop. I was pleased to see there was one within two blocks of my new home. Well, I have never been treated so badly on so many different occasions as I have at this store, and it's why I drive all the way down to Fred Meyers to shop now.
