I visit this place very often and usually order a latte with no foam. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to read the instructions and consistently make the drink with foam anyway.
I’ve let this go many times, but this has happened at least 10 times now. At this point, it’s frustrating.
Please read the order instructions and make the drink as requested. Attention to simple details like this really matters.

Since the remodel and reopening in 2025, the SB staff here are new and led by a great supervisor and the staff actually look and act friendly. Very impressive turnaround Starbucks!
REVIEW FROM 6 YEARS AGO: I have come here everyday for 2 years...as well as other locations. Staff, kinda friendly and attentive, no eye contact so it takes forever to get their attention for a refill; tables, several are wobbly, a bad thing for any coffee house...no effort to fix them over the last 2 years; selection, they don't have the widely marketed products with words like cascara and blonde, that other SBs have, not sure why; I receive regular customer loyalty messages from the SB app with a QR code and a message to show to an employee...I have received many of the messages from SB, no employee understands what it is and what to do with it...? I think the loyalty program is having the opposite effect.

100 decibels (dB) is a very loud sound level, similar to a motorcycle, loud concert, or a machine shop, and can cause hearing damage with prolonged exposure. You should limit your exposure to 100 dB sounds to about 15 minutes without hearing protection to prevent permanent hearing loss

Had to stop going to the Starbucks in Lake forest park because they consistently messed up my orders and when I would ask for less ice, half my cup would be ice.

Totally remodeled in 2025. More seating because they reconfigured and removed the fireplace but it feels less cozy and more corporate. Lots of outlets for computers.

DO NOT GO. It was closed fir a very long time for a remodel, and since it's open now I tried the drive thru on Sunday around 12:30 pm and was i in for a shock, I had to repeat myself 5 times for some reason the intercom didn't get a new fix there was 2 cars in front of me so I waited and waited and when I was waiting I waited so.e more 7 minutes then we move forward , and I waited the girl behind the counter must be mormon , she did not want to work i waived her down incase she didn't realize they had a drive thru going on almost 10 minutes now and stillness one to even take my money again the girl appears but her eyes are like that of a zombie. Her perfect job would be to count clouds he is just not there. I have cash, frantically waiving it like I just won the lotto but no one noticed so I just drive off and never to return since they were closed I found a little coffee drive thru in bothell unrelated to starbucks a drive thru who actually cares that im there a d wants my buisness. Come on starbucks get with the times but not for my sake, im done just do it for what ever customers you will have left when you hire people who get paid for doing nothing good ridance.

Wow. The music is obnoxiously loud. The new remodel is nice but the tunes are cranked up and the one big open space with hardscapes just makes it LOUD. Other than that it's a reliable Starbucks kind of experience.

Wonderful staff at this Starbucks. Hopefully they will all be back post renovation. This location was very dated and tired before, restrooms especially bad. Glad to see it not just getting a paint job but a full major renovation, excited to see what it looks like when it reopens. One downside to this location is a few customers who are there pretty much everyday and try to dominate / take over the main large table and fireplace, holding chairs/spaces etc. Hopefully they will be more conscious of this when it reopens.
