I had been getting veggie Pattie sub here for going on 3 years now. The service here used to be really good and I had never had a problem. On August 1st after their remodel I returned for my usual. The guy at the counter toasted my bread burnt. See photo. I asked him to redo the bread and he argued and seemed very offended. In the end, my sandwich wasn’t cut and covered in so much mustard.
Today I returned to try again and was told “no mote veggie Pattie” I asked for clarification, but received the same response. I don’t know if this subway has stopped carrying veggie pattie or if they are out. In any case, you can still order it online and through the app at this location.

My sandwich was COLD. I told the guy that I wanted it warmup and he put it in the microwave but didn’t work. So make sure he put it in more than once

This location has been under new management for a few months. All our my orders are correctly made and made quickly. I have a large family so I usually type my order out and hand it over vs ordering 6 individual sandwiches verbally. Today I did that but instead of waiting for my sandwiches I’m the store I decided to head over to the Safeway to get gas while I waited for my sandwiches. The employee ran out to clarify my order. They really went so above and beyond. Food is fresh and restaurant is clean❤️

Store manager Shah Ahmed was a gentleman and a true Washington state patriot. He told me how beautiful this state is and which national parks to visit and where to find beautiful mountains. He also makes a great sandwich. Thanks Shah.

They need to shut this location down for good. It's always closed. Even when it is open, there's only ever one miserable employee working at a time. Just go to Jimmy John's down the street.

$28 for 2 subs and a drink. Workers didn't want to be there. Put about 5 pieces of onion and pickles on my sandwich, very light on everything. I'm sorry to give this rating
The bread was so dry it almost cut my mouth. They put the minimal amount of everything on the sandwhiches and on one of the sandwhiches we payed an extra $4 for double the meats and hardly got the first serving of meats.

I spent almost twenty bucks on a sandwich that wasn't that great and was MOLD. Like I spit the sandwich out on bite 1! I had to go drive to jimmy johns and I paid $13 for a sandwich double the size. Now I have a stomach ache and the mold taste won't leave my mouth. I'm disputing the charge. Not gonna take my money for that nonsense.
