The sandwich was fine, nothing special. The reason I'm making this review is because I ended up getting locked out of the store while trying to go to the bathroom and another stores worker had to direct me to a back alleyway so I could get back to the store.

The banner says it is under new management. I found out after they made my sandwich that they don't take coupons. We had a bit of a stand off. I told them I was no longer interested in buying the sandwich. They said they would honor the coupon this one time.The Subways that don't take coupons turn out to be low volume operations that alienate their customers. It's pretty easy to shop elsewhere. There is usually a subway within a few miles of each other.

Beyond bad customer service. I was trying to help my 91yo mom who was confused about what to order. Staff started barking info to her and when I said I'd help my mom the staff got angry. Fine, I was stern, I get it. But one of the staff decided to tell her excitable boyfriend who was sitting in his truck outside that I was rude to her. He got out of his truck and started yelling and calling me names for disrespecting his girlfriend. Tweaker behavior and a scary encounter for my mom. I even called the non emergency police when I got home to ask advice it was so threatening, but stopped short of reporting. Sandwich was lousy too, but it WAS made with lots of hate.

Showed up after ordering on app for a pick up order. Guy was on phone and claimed he couldn’t make the order he was arguing with his girlfriend. He left bread in the oven and it was smoking. He finally made our order made the sandwich completely wrong. All while his kid was behind the counter touching everything. Disgusting!!!!!!!Contacted subway. No response.

Used to be good, now I’ve had 4 messed up orders in a row, horrible wait times, and the employees looked overworked & quite frankly miserable.Update: despite only one person being ahead of me ahead of me, I somehow managed to wait 45 minutes for my food. I could’ve had a sit down meal at a normal restaurant in that time.
