Food was good, I ordered 1 large fry and 2 chirsp burritos. i didn't get the 2 chirsp burritos, and ask for them and an old guy I'm assuming is a manager, gave them to me cold and acting like I was wasting his time. Like he has the customer service of a wet mop and when I'm eating I just hear him scream at his employees.

Wandered in on a Saturday evening when all the other slow food restaurants were jam-packed with lengthy lines. We were the only sit-down patrons and had the dining room to ourselves! Ordered a large nachos platter with ground beef to share. It came with sour cream and avocado on the side, covered in diced tomatoes. Was surprisingly good and enough for two. Had a pleasant meal with table service, comfortable newly-upholstered booths, and could hear each other without having to yell. Great experience!

Really the worst beef taco I ever had. Shell was crispy, not broken. That's good. But a sliver of tomato and an inch of poor ground beef made this nearly inedible.

Sitting in the drive thru for 23 minutes and we can't leave because of the curb in the way. Not sure why they can't give the person ahead of us his food and go but this is really bad.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Got a tostado salad last night, one hour before the drive thru closed, you would think that the main ingredient in a salad would be lettuce, unfortunately for me there was not any lettuce in it. That was the most disappointing salad I’ve ever had, a bowl full of beans with a couple pieces of meat. I will no longer be visiting this establishment

Me and my gf came on a Wednesday night after working long days, we were starving, and The young man Trevor who worked the window, was super helpful, kind, and exhibited excellent customer service skills. He was very professional, and he was extremely fast and efficient w/ our order. I wish more fast food employees for all fast food restaurants in this area of Bothell/Kenmore were more like Trevor and the crew who was working with him on 4/24/2024 at 7:25 PM. We love this taco time and will most definitely be lifelong customers!!! Thank you taco time and Trevor for your hard work!! ??
