Wonderful food! Good service. The seating area isn't anything to brag about, but adequate. The prices seemed a little high, otherwise I would've made it 5 stars.

Ann's is a Menace to society !! Food should not be this good or addictive. lol.I have tried most of the menu and absolutely everything is awesomely, outstandingly, wonderfully delicious.I highly recommend you geaux to Ann's for some good cooking.

The food is tasty but when it says that it's hot believe me it's hot!!! I started to go to the doctor because when I took a poop it was burning and had to start using baby diaper rash cream to cool my backside off I thought that I was coming down with something deadly. But my mom told me that I just shat fire from the hit spicy food. The food is great and tastes like it's supposed to taste with the creole flair but if you can't take heat then don't eat just get something else off the menu. Went back again !!!

Great all around!!! Too bad they are only open three hours a day Monday-Friday! Would love to see another location or food truck!

Authentic creole cooking reasonably priced! Great service & interesting venue, as we watched small private plans arrive & depart on the nearby runway!

This place owns up to its name. Some of the most WELL SEASONED fried food you can have in the Tri-Cities. Friendly service and generous portions. Don’t sleep on Ann’s Desserts either. Best Banana Pudding I’ve ever had. Their Ranch and Fries ALONE are worth the trip. Give them a try!

Really good!! Got the smothered catfish and it was so good (and I lived in Louisiana). The flavors were great and the fish was crispy. I would recommend getting a knife to avoid making a mess and easier eating :)

So......I would not go here again. Period. I waited at the window for 10 minutes with the 2 workers seeing me but not saying anything to me. Like ok.......rude.Second, the food took forever to come out. I got 1 sandwich. My family got food from other trucks and were pretty much done eating before I even got mine. And the food.....we all tried it and none of us liked it. My son, who eats literally anything til it's gone, didn't want it.No thanks.

I waited for a catfish basket for over 40 minutes. When I got it, the fries were soggy and the fish had a rubbery texture--not going back.

Went to the food truck at the Hub last night, looking for some fish. Ann's Best Creole & Soul food delivered! Had the the catfish basket, and wanted to tell you about it. A lot of places use the Panko bread crumbs, which is ok, but that's not what I was after. This was a flour breading, which was perfectly done, not too doughy, and it was fried to perfection. Then there was the seasoning. It was a perfect blend. I was too busy savoring the flavoring, that I forgot to actually pick out what was I was tasting. Guess I'll have to come back, again, and again, and again....Then, the house made tarter was really delightful. If you're looking for really good fried fish, or shrimp, or chicken, then look no further.

Ann's makes my mouth water every time I think about it. The food is top notch and the menu continues to evolve with more options that I can't help trying. Ann is wonderful and you can tell her heart is really in the cooking they do. Try the smothered catfish! And strawberry lemonade. So good!

Best food, however posted hours at the Hub are not kept. Been by 2x...both times closed when posted as open. The Hours in Richland limit who can access due to only lunch time hours and only certain days.
